Parade Route
The West Bend Christmas Parade starts at North Main Street & Silverbrook Drive and travels south on Main Street to Cedar Street. The parade travels east on Cedar Street entering downtown and turns south onto Main Street. The parade continues south on Main Street and ends at Oak Street.

Staging Areas & Line-up
STAGING AREA - Main Street
- Odd-numbered entries will line up in the southbound lanes on the western edge of Main Street from Park Avenue to Silverbrook Drive.
- Even-numbered entries will line up in the northbound lanes on the eastern edge of Main Street from Park Avenue to Silverbrook Drive.
- Floats/Entries and vehicles pulling Floats/Entries must enter the staging area from the intersection of Main Street and Park Avenue.
- A number in the staging area will indicate the space reserved for your use. You will be directed to your area by staff when entering the staging area.
- Only parade Floats/Entries and their vehicles can enter the staging area from the intersection of Main Street and Park Avenue.
- Persons riding, marching, or walking with Floats/Entries must be dropped off at the Regner Park parking lot off of Park Avenue (Regner Park participant drop area).
- You must have your entry in the staging area by 4:15 PM and be prepared to start at 4:30 PM.
STAGING AREA - Kuester Lane Parking Lot (Animal Units)
- Line up is in the Kuester Lane parking lot that is entered from Main Street.
- Floats/Entries and vehicles pulling Floats/Entries must enter the staging area from Park Avenue, traveling in a southbound direction.
- A number in the staging area will indicate the space reserved for your use. You will be directed to your area by staff when entering the staging area.
- Only parade Floats/Entries and their vehicles may enter the staging area from Main Street.
- Persons riding, marching, or walking with Floats/Entries must be dropped off at the Regner Park parking lot off of Park Avenue (Regner Park participant drop area).
- You must have your entry in the staging area by 4:15 PM and be prepared to start at 4:30 PM.
- After unloading your animals, you may transport your vehicles/trailers to the dispersal area on South Main Street near Decorah Road in the Badger Middle School top lot.
- You are responsible for clean-up of your animals in the staging areas, parade route, and dispersal areas.
- Chaperones or walking assistants are required to keep animals under control at all times.
- All animals must be kept in the staging area and are not allowed on any grass areas or other parts of the park prior to the parade.
- All animals are not allowed on any grass areas of Badger Middle School.
STAGING AREA - Rivershores
- Line up is on Rivershores Drive from Veterans Avenue to Main Street.
- Floats/Entries and vehicles pulling Floats/Entries must enter the staging area from the intersection of Rivershores Drive and Veterans Avenue.
- A number in the staging area will indicate the space reserved for your use. You will be directed to your area by staff when entering the staging area.
- Only parade Floats/Entries and their vehicles can enter the staging area from the intersection of Rivershores Drive and Veterans Avenue.
- Person’s riding, marching, or walking with Floats/Entries must be dropped off at the intersection of Rivershores Drive and Veterans Avenue.

STAGING AREA - Silverbrook Drive
- Line up is on Silverbrook Drive between 10th Avenue and Main Street. Step-off is at the corner of Silverbrook Drive and Main Street.
- Floats/Entries and vehicles pulling Floats/Entries must enter the staging area from the intersection of Washington Street (Hwy 33) and Silverbrook Drive.
- A number in the staging area will indicate the space reserved for your use. You will be directed to your area by staff when entering the staging area.
- Only parade Floats/Entries and their vehicles can enter the staging area from the intersection of Silverbrook Drive and Washington Street (Hwy 33).
- Person’s riding, marching, or walking with Floats/Entries must be dropped off at the Regner Park parking lot off of Park Avenue (Regner Park participant drop area).
- You must have your entry in the staging area by 4:15 PM and be prepared to start at 4:30 PM.
Dispersion Area
Units should continue past Oak Street and watch for a parade official as they approach Locust Street. The majority of units will be directed to open spots along Main Street in front of Badger Middle School to unload or disassemble their units.
Please Note: The School District Office no longer has driveway access to Main Street. This parking lot can still be used but must be accessed from Sycamore Street or 3rd Avenue.

Buses
Buses should park along the east side of Main Street, facing south, in front of the West Bend School District Office. This will allow easy access for band members to board the bus.
Animal and ATV Trailers
Units picking up animals (horses, llamas, etc.) and motorized units (such as ATVs) should park in the upper lot of Badger Middle School. Please do not take your animals or ATVs onto the grass areas of the school.
Miscellaneous
No candy may be thrown from any unit. No literature may be handed out, per City Code. Reckless behavior or operation of any entry is prohibited. Be considerate of other entries when adjusting the volume of music/sounds.
